Bulletin Board sign in issues

My wife, after I told her about Lit, has been trying to sign in to the Bulletin Boards. She has a site sign on that is working, but when she tries this sign on to the Bulletin Boards so she can post, see pictures, etc., it won't do anything but tell her the password and username is incorrect. 5 tries and she gets locked out for 15 mins.

She's tried setting up a different username/password combo on the main site login with no luck. Also tried a different browser (Chrome and Safari).

Anyone have the trick? I signed up a long time ago, and don't remember issues and/or resolution.
