Bulletin Board Chat Room?

I know that we have the chat forum but how many actually use it? I think that probably more of us would be more willing to go into a dedicated room at the Chat off the main digichat site.

I have been thinking about this today and then I read Dillinger's thread about how it would be nice to have a group talk kind of thing...

Do you think we should push for a dedicated room in the chat? Maybe one that has a password that BBers would know, so you wouldn't have to deal with all the newbie chatters who just want to cyber? Somewhere where we could all hang out if we wanted at any time of the day or night. It would be nice to chat to different people once in awhile without adding 50 names to MSN.

That sounds like a good idea. It is almost impossible to talk in the chat room sometimes, so this idea definitely has merit.

omg...I had an idea worthy of merit!! *marking my calendar*

Thanks!

LOL, that comment was not meant as a shot. Sorry if taken as such

I loathe digichat. IRC is much better, I think, for chatting because it seems to be quicker and I can control the client that I use to access it with.

I go into the forum chat (the link at the bottom of the main discussion directory) several evenings a week. A bunch of people chat there all the time.

The best thing is that I can talk to Litizens without having to deal with 9inch4u and his fellow morons PMing me "So how killer is your muffin?"

The thing to do is set a chat schedule with your friends and stick to it.

so how killer is your muffin? probably as perky as I am

what does 88 stand for?

and bratcat, I started over in chat... in the tub, actually last May, I didn't really use the boards until November/December

Hours of pleasure for the woman who pops my cherry.

IRC is simple through here. Get a firewall. Click the forum chat button. Let the client load. Jabber away.

The pain is that your nick has already been taken, chances are. Dalnet registers nicknames and it's been up for a while so it's like hotmail and yahoo for getting your nick.

The good side is that other than the occasional Dalnet wanderer looking for some sex, you just see forum people that you know.

*looks around the IRC chat room* So where IS everyone?

Keep at it man. Some day your princess will come (and cum, and cum, and cum...)

That thing keeps telling me that I've abused the site somehow and won't let me in.....but I've never even touched it....

What's wrong what's there now? Not meaning Digichat.

Other than requiring registration...It seems to be fine :D
