Builders Achieve Unwanted Breakthrough

We have a defective sewerage pipe between my apartment and the apartment below currently under renovation. Myself and my Architect have been on at the builders for weeks to replace it. Today they decided to do the work... but forgot to tell me.

I won't go into details, lunch and all that, but they won't be making that mistake again.

Any builders tales to amuse?

I must share this with some friends. They are currently undergoing major plumbing repair in their home and are in serious need of a chuckle.
