Bug Reporting to the Universe

I noticed that mobs are getting surprised when insults are causing other mobs to act insulted. The bug occurs whether the first mob is the one who offered the insult or if a third party offered the insult. Worried that this may be related to the object permanence bug, i.e., mobs forgetting that things exist after they leave the area and being surprised to encounter those things when returning. Could also be a look-up error where the surprised mobs are having trouble accessing the global list of insults and therefore incorrectly classifying actions.

I've said it before and I am saying it again. The forum needs a nerd emote, and since Big Sister is watching all this and deleting posts and closing threads, I suggest introducing this new emote on posts. I even have an idea of what it would look like. We could actually use the avatar of one of our members here for that emote
