Hi, Dawn2! If this thread gets going, I would love to join in. I checked the old one, and it doesn't look like Giles was ever played after the first page. If there are no objections, I think I could do a decent job with that character.

I would love to be Buffy. i will be Willow too if no one shows up to be her, but she can be open til we start. I know that Buffy isn't really with Riley now in the series and Spike has a thing for her and that suits me fine since I have a HUGE crush on him..lol. I think that whole Buffy with Spike thing is an interesting way to go. I have never started a thread either but I have ideas about what could be happening. In the series the demon that is in the way this season is Glory. She apparently is a God of some sort. Dawn is a key..some sort of portal or energy thing that Glory needs. If you want to go with the way the series is going cool..or we could just go with a whole new storyline. Maybe Buffy can get bitten and become a vamp for a while...I dunno...lemme know what you think.

Welllll...lol..Spike could bite Buffy..or maybe she could be bitten by some sort of major Vampire, I know a few shows ago Dracula actually bit Buffy. We could maybe find out that Spike is in some way next in ine to be the head vamp in sunnydale...jeesh I don't know..lol. I don't know anyonw on here yet... I am still rather new. Anyhow..buffy getting bit is pretty good I guess now we just gotta come up with thesee other characters....how often do you want to post for this thread..the problem with the other one was that no one seemed to be around to post with eachother. i think you and I are on a lot of the same time... personally I think if you have a more "structured" thread meaning having rules about posting..such as having to post at least 3 times a week or something...does that make sense..it's late I might just be rambling..let me know what you think.

While I'd be better for Giles, I suspect, I wouldn't mind playing Angel, if no one else wants the part. Playing multiple roles isn't impossible, just not as much fun!

Alrighty folks...looks like we just need a few more people to get this going.... Here are the other people we need: Xander, Anya, Riley(?), Spike, Willow (unless I do that role also), Buffy's Mom, various demons, vamps and other ickys. I think having Yynot be Glory is fantastic..we really need an element of evil. I really like her character.. it has spiced up the series quite a bit. Well, I'm ready whenever ya'll are.

Well, if you guys don't mind, i'd like to try Spike. I love that guy, he's great. But...here in the Netherlands we're just at the end of the whole syndicate/adam-thing, in the new episodes, does Spike still has his implant?

Yes, Spike still has the chip; although, he almost got it out once. We've also found out that he can spar with Buffy as long as he has no "intent" to hurt her.

Given that things just changed pretty drastically for Dawn, the question arises, how will show events affect the thread? If "not at all", then at what point to we split off? Who knows about Dawn, just Buffy, Giles and Joyce, or all the Scoobies + Dawn?

I do watch the show religiously, but belatedly. I tape all of them, then, about once a month, I catch up on all of them. Keeping current on their events is going to be difficult for me. Still, if you can work their events into our thread somehow, I'll get by. I'm really looking forward to this!

There are a couple of books I have seen at the bookstore about the various monsters and goolies from the show. There are character references also. The WB has a site for Buffy and it has all the backround on characters and it also has all the past episodes in order with a slight description of the episode. We need a Spike don't we....anyone know anyone...be sure to ask..plead...beg..jk... will be looking for pertinent info we can use and will let ya'll know....see ya'll later!!!!!!!!!!
