Been a bit slow getting going this morning, heads killing me, but I just saw your new pics and they've cheered me up no end (one particular part of me in particular )

Ok, you should get yourself a decent photo editor. You could get a free one on a magazine cover-disc, eg. Paintshop Pro 5.0, it's not the latest but it's very good. I could email you a copy if you have broadband.

Anyhow, go to the image menu in Paint and select Stretch/Skew, then enter the same figures in the stretch boxes to reduce the image size to say 75% or 50%. You'll need to play with these numbers until you get the filesize small enough. I'd save a copy of the picture before you start, and work on that in case it all goes pear-shaped.

I shall await your efforts with eager anticipation...
