Chedder is the best by far but I do like Edam - it melts to a kind of gooey mess!- spiced up with chives and worcester sauce. Yum!

I've never eaten Welsh Rarebit. They run too fast; I can't seem to catch them.

Ah ye've been misled there Fool - the haggis is only encased ib=n the sheeps stomache - you don't have to eat it - just the other inners of the sheep thats in it!

Now the tatties and bashit neeps require secret ingredients (mostly, lots of butter) and skill to get the lumps out.

You are making me wish it was Burn's night (the only time I ever eat haggis now and its usually the veggie variety!!)
