Government officials even get bribes to cut through red tape. I don't support that all for the RECORD! However this is a business of sorts. So who can I bribe to get a story submitted quicker?

Nothing wrong with a good bribe. In countries like Mexico you can get things done far quicker than in the rest of North America. We need a comprehensive bribe system, with a price list.

Bribery & corruption should be punished; if only 'cos it means that the rich get richer and more influential.
