heres my question how many people would love to suck milk from their male partners?

also how many men would like to have their partners drink from them?

I'd doubt that. Because my Daddy is interested in lactation, I did some research about inducing it. It's actually quite difficult. (Most of the information out there is for mothers who want to nurse their newly adopted infants. I only found a little bit of information about inducing lactation as part of a BDSM relationship.) Fenugreek, which is present in maple syrup and can also be bought in capsules, can induce lactation in women, but it takes a lot of fenugreek. Breast pumping works too, but again, it takes a lot of effort.

So given how difficult it is for women to get something out of their milk ducts without having a baby, I think it would be extremely tough for a guy to do it. This page indicates that there is anecdotal evidence of it, but this page seems doubtful. (Note that the question in that second link seems to be from a MTF transgendered woman.)
