They are a new(ish) type of silicone implant that is able to be used in the US. They are teardrop shaped and are a solid jell, kind of like the consistency of a gummy bear. They are designed to look and feel more natural. My friend's are over the muscle, but she said she would do under if she needs to have them redone.

Gosh, I guess things really have changed! I have don't have any sort of "maintenance" I have to do or anything like that. And thank God. I have no idea how I would rotate implants behind skin and muscle. But then if breast implants were something I could feel well enough to rotate, I never would have gotten them, anyway.
