There used to be an old wives tale that chest flies could increase bust size*.

They don't.

Chest flies is a pectoral exercise. The pectoral muscles are situated behind the breast tissue.

Chest flies wouldnt increase the bust but it would give the impression of a fuller bust.

The only way of augmentation (aside from pregnancy, which shouldn't be considered if the only endgame is bigger boobs) is plastic surgery.

Personally, I'm a boob man. So the bigger the better.

But then again, my celeb crushes are Kristen Stewart and Emma Watson, so it's not a deal-breaker.

Some of those "complications" involve getting replacement implants a few years down the road. Nobody talks about that much, but it's a real thing.
