Several years ago, at the psych hospital where I worked, my supervisor did a training on how to physicially restrain violent patients. He used one of the nurses to demonstrate how to do it. Then broke her arm and leg!

Imp is gonna have to get moved up to a stronger level board when we get to the point where we have to break them to move up in rank. The ones they were using were no challenge for her at all.


Go ahead. Piss off my girlfriend. I won't beat you up. I'll just watch and laugh. And that's if you are lucky enough to have her beat you physically, instead of doing the far greater and longer lasting damage she is capable of with words...
