This morning I made French toast casserole. Sourdough bread sliced into small pieces (about 4 cups), 3 sausage patties diced up and walnuts all tossed with two eggs, milk, coffee and vanilla. Baked at 400 for about 20 minutes in my toaster oven. It was outstanding!
