I'm big on the "something to wear, something to read, something they want and something they need" policy during Christmas. I got all the "somethings" to read down so I'm going good so far!
The Monster Book was cute! I hope it becomes a favorite.
Hopefully Hubby doesn't refer back to that policy for me! I want my tantra chaise, reminded him about it today. He eye rolled. Lol!!

I personally like to give either anything music related or reading related to children. Specifically and more to the tradition of music. I love music and I think it's worth it to expose children to as much of that as possible.

The chorus of Good Vibrations has that effect on you ?! I must admit that the only thing I can recall whenever I hear that song is a scene from ER from a few years back.

There is music that affects me quite strongly, but it has to be more melancholic in nature.

My grandpa loved the Beach Boys, some of my earliest memories are of us singing Good Vibrations and Lil St. Nick together. Their harmonies are top notch, it was cool to see a little sneak peek into those recording sessions.

It feels like -6°C here, when I put it like that it sounds frigid! Yesterday I was biking in a tank top and today I am wearing hoodies. I should stop bitching now because I have about 6 months of winter ahead.
