It was a GREAT game. I admit, the better team won. Both teams left some points on the field.

I was up about 5:15 so we could start tailgating at 8 AM for a 3:30 PM game. I finally got home and into bed about 12:30. I feel like *I* had played in the game. LOL

I think of you as being quite bright and articulate, why would you compare yourself to the first chick that is nothing more than a bimbo?

They represent different sides of my personality. Max's explanations of her childhood are dead on, and her raunchy one liners are definitely things I would say. I'm excited to see where the show takes her. I think she has loads of street smarts and is a true cynic, I admire that. Frans over the top hair and fashion choices along with her voice, definitely me. Lastly Christine Daaé is a Swed thrown into Paris, some find her character uninteresting. I think her character grows strength and confidence. When she sings "Do I become his prey? Do I have any choice?" She feels the influence of the various men around her but becomes her own woman in the end.

Sorry, I dont follow at all. My perception of Ms. Max is crass, crude and, frankly, a turn-off.

On the other hand, the other two individuals are very interesting choices. Especially Daaé

Emmy is very pretty. Never seen an episode of Shameless. Am I missing out?
I watch Gotham and Saving Hope. At least those are the two shows I actually look forward to each week.

Another Litster were talking about spotted dick a few weeks (months?) ago.. I think I posted a picture and the recipe somewhere on the thread lol!
Today I was feeling overwhelmed and mentioned how I don't know how these college kids do it! I recall the parties and the study groups, somehow balancing a social life and academics. Now that I'm older I'm finding it hard to balance one class and life! The hubby gave me a big hug.
"I've watched you run a race when you swore you couldn't run a block. I've seen you give birth to a ten pound baby when the doctors swore your petite frame couldn't. I've watched you climb corporate latters to be sent crashing down, only to dust yourself off and try again. This mid-term is nothing. You have to and will succeed. I know you, have faith in yourself."
Sweetest thing ever! Okay, chocolate protein shake and a banana for breakfast... Then I'm making these numbers my bitches. :p
