A LOT! I have an interview today. Then signing up for fall semester. I'm so nervous today. I haven't been in a claasroom in a long time other then the conventions and in house training my other job offered.
The ole man isn't being very supportive. So that's frustrating.
Now that I'm waiting in this parking lot ten minutes early I really wish I would have got off this morning because I feel like a hot mess.
I usually am very confident in myself.

Good luck! I'm sure you'll kill it! What are you going to study. Hubby gets demerits for lack of support.

It was a very quick interview so we shall see if I get a call back for a second.
I am hoping to take classes in Sept for tax prep and audit. Winter semester I start my classes for teaching English as a Second Language.

That's really awesome! Wishing I didn't speak English as a first language :)

Nice! May I ask what the larger goals are?

Sail around South America on a Library Boat teaching kids to read English. It's my first time making steps towards it after someone encouraged me too. I won't be making much money but it has to be more rewarding then doing the 9-5 hussle lining big corporate pockets.

Awesome! Godspeed. :)

Hubby did care! He brought me an iced coffee and came home on his lunch break wanting to find out how the interview went. :) He may get laid tonight now! Who am I kidding if he offers I'm taking it regardless...

How did the interview go? I'm guessing they didn't give much of an indication. They rarely do in my experience.

I used to teach English as a foreign language on and off, but it wasn't really my thing, so I went back to teaching subjects I'm more comfortable with.

It was pretty straight forward. The most time consuming part was describing my availability. They did ask for my shirt size, I think that is a good sign!
What subjects do you teach?
I took a few classes in children's literature before I changed my major to metallurgy. Then again I'm not using that degree right now. *shrug* I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
I'm cleaning to Simple Man by Skynyard! Yes! My dad would be proud! Lol

You mean they want to give you a shirt :D? That's more than I ever got :D.

I'll drop you a line about subjects tomorrow. Remind me if I forget :p.

Good luck with the interview! :)

What classes are you taking this fall?

"You are like a punky Laura Petrie. Maybe it's just the polka dots."
That was one of the best compliments of my life until he took it back. Men...

Hmm. I imagine myself in a piano bar often.
