chili...don't overthink it.
4 lbs meat..beef..about 80/20 ratiio grind of your choice
1 onion [chop it]
1 tsp comino
6+ tsp chili powder
salt
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano
2 cans Ro-Tel tomato sauce mix [or 2 cans Ro-Tel extra hot]
2 cups water

brown meat ,onions, garlic, salt.
simmer with remaining ingredients for 30 minutes.

I don't salt mine because I eat it with Fritos...salty enough.
Add jalapenos or post cook hot sauce to taste.

I had three different costumes. This pic was after all the festivities. I was a groupie for an event last week, a ghoul from a story last night, and a french maid for hubby... but that costume was too sheer for lit.
The ghoul wears a black necklace to keep her head from falling off.


In other news, I got new running shoes!!! Amazing!
