I dote in her when she isn't pregnant.. Even more so when she is

She suffers from severe nausea, through the entire day. Even with medication. Lasted the entire pregnancy last time.. Seems worse this time, but won't know longevity until we see it through

I had a conference today, I was super nervous about it all week. The instructor commented I was best in class afterwards during a one on one chat. Whew... I was worried about nothing. I feel so empowered now! Overall it was a nice experience, some professional networking never hurt anyone!

Weeks been good. Long wait to Friday afternoon and that last race . Now if this rain would stop today it would be nice. Roads were a bit flooded driving in.

Also, saw on the news today about a light box for your desk to help with the winter blahs. Going to look this up and maybe get one for here. My office has no windows so might be something good for all year round.

I take vitamin D&K to combat the winter blahs. This time of year I start doubling my dose. If I miss a few days, I can tell. I wouldn't mind a light box though, but I'm never sitting for very long, even at the office.

Morning Brat! I miss seeing the colors like that. It reminds me of playing high school football. My coach would always say, "Men, you see those trees, the colors of those leaves? You know what those colors mean? It's almost playoffs time.". Those were some good days back then.

Now, down here we don't get the change like you do up that way. More pine trees than anything down this way. Definitely not as pretty.

For our work Halloween party I dressed up as an 80s groupie, I said I was a rocker.. but we all know I was a groupie, lol. I wore a few necklaces and four days later my neck is still broken out and itchy from the nickle in them. I should've took a pic to post on my Hideout. A lot of people said I looked like a brunette Madonna. I was fully covered but my confidence was fierce. Should of been born in 65, so I could of fully enjoyed the 80s.

Or born in 67! I graduated in 1985. I was able to enjoy the east side Friday/Saturday cruise madness, hair band mania, drive in movies and all that was the 80's.

I still enjoy bands like Poison. I've seen them in concert a handful of times. It would've been a good time to be young, I imagine. Cruising Gratiot was still a big deal when I was in school but I'm sure it was nothing like the mid-80s.
Hubby graduated in 87 but he graduated a yr early... same yr I was born! He jokes that men from the 80s would've loved me, I joke that they still do!
