Thank you bash, that is very sweet. I love the word Mirth, how interesting that you used in it your profile. Now I must admit to being intrigued.

I am shy as well tyme. I have been here for some time, and have yet to really meet anyone or develop deep friendships. Not to say I haven't meet some really great people, because I have. That is one of the main reasons I started this thread. In hopes of meeting some new people, and get a chance to interact with some that I have noticed but have no reason to post to the threads that they normally do.

That is why I was so pleased to see its resurection... so thanks again bashfull!!

I am, it is a contradiction though. Beneath the exhibitionist veneer and the outgoing personality, I am quite shy. I try to be brazen to compensate, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I do well in social situations, just not intimate ones. -shrug-

And I certainly understand. I am a frequent speaker to large groups of people. Each time, I'm scared to death. I would much rather find a group of 5 with which to relax. That way I don't have to carry a conversation (bashfull) but I am not lost in the crowd.

As for being brazen, it doesn't bother me. Honesty is a trait I hold in high regard.

I have occasionally with work. I have been on stage before, I loved it! Nothing like being in the spotlight.

As far as fun it was so so. I wish I could have hit on a few guys. lol Oh and when she asked me it was just me and her then her boyfriend ended up coming.

sorry you lost tyme.....but hope you had some fun anyway. I got one of the those henna tatoos once myself, really really made me want a real one, but I thought about the needle again, and figured henna works for me LOL

I know I keep thinking I should get the real thing but the pain of it on my arm. I have been reading on how to do it As a artist I would love to be able to do them. I think I am going to try it out. Found a few great sites that show me how to mix it.
