Braking Contract

Its pretty clear lacus10 is upset and just venting their frustration at sombody just running off on them without trying to work it out first. Nothing wrong with that is there? or would we all prefer it if when we get hurt we just bottle it up and dont get it out there? Thats healthy isnt it

There's a difference between venting, snapping at people who don't deserve it, and trolling. ^_^

well excuse me for having feelings and venting them on here. what do you know I'm human and have them. wow big surprise. and it just shows that the sub wasn't ready to be a true sub. but i hope him the best.

This all seems so oddly familiar. And considering the recent possible 2.0 sighting, I think I will make a pitcher of Long Island Ice Teas and watch for further developements.

hope you all enjoy doing this but this is my last post too this. you can post as much as you all like but I'm done with all of you.

Lacus, you were given genuine attention among the sarcasm, humor, and hijacking. Two days of being a spoiled brat later, you're still snippy.
Your problem. Grow up and deal with it.

Ok so what have we all learned from this topic?

1: if you have a problem keep it to yourself, dont tell anybody about it, thats the healthy option
2: if sombody rips the piss out of your spelling and grammar then dont reply to it
3: dont get defensive if you feel you're being picked or you'll be called a troll
4: Nobody gets upset when a relationship breaks down, you just need to bounce back instantly
5: When your upset about somthing you must always still maintain a calm and civilised tone
6: releationships take work, even D/s ones so before you go getting to heavily involved be sure what the other party wants out of it.

its all fun and games until sombody gets hurt, but remember even if you do get hurt just treat it as a learning experience and STFU and get on with it. That and dont troll, even when your being trolled yourself.

And you, just like the original poster, missed that HE WAS GIVEN DUE CONSIDERATION in the topic. If you expect us to grovel for someone who doesn't specify who their problem is with or what ALL happened, had no response except a negative stereotype of the community, snaps at the first decent response to the topic, and leaves without considering great advice from one of our forum's most genuinely caring members, then you're delusional. (s)he had two days to calm down even on the front of this topic, too; I hope (s)he gets to feeling better, but I doubt many people here are out to defend that behavior.

another thing that could be learned from all of this...

Writing eloquently makes a big difference on a forum. Words are what we have here, they are our tools, so use them to your best ability.

*snip*

1. Don't start a thread bitching, whining, and yelling at the generalized "you" - we'll help if you are honest and tell us what you want help with. We're not mind readers. And please keep in mind, there may be more than a few service subs here but it is not our job or responsibility to make other member's lives more livable - we do not have that particular kind of magic wand.

2. How long you've had your profile doesn't mean jack. If you're not posting, we can't get to know you and we can't be supportive in an appropriate manner.

3. People aren't always going to like the answers they get. It's life. If someone can't handle things not going exactly their way - this probably isn't the board for them... and good luck finding one.

4. It's the Cafe. Everything here is going to get hijacked. The only question is when and how long it will be in such a state before we get back to the topic at hand.

5. Don't continue to bitch when someone makes at attempt to help. I asked pertinent questions to help suss out an answer. I received one generalized answer. If someone doesn't want an actual discussion, drop it in Blurt or Dear X - as someone has already mentioned... Do not start a thread about it that will live on for electronic eternity. It's like littering.

6. At some point one person will offend another person. Such is the way of life. Those of us who've been around awhile have learned ways of dealing with it appropriately and, failing that, which member(s) to pretend isn't(aren't) really talking.

Thank you.
:rose:

curious

well I am just wondering for no particular or important reason...........is this lacus person a male or female............can't ask him or her since he or she isnt posting on this thread anymore.......does anyone know????

It really makes no difference but I was ...Just curious

From how it looks on this topic, Lacus is a mistress to jamesie. Female and male, respectively.
That at least explains why jamesie was so defensive on Lacus' behalf...

Good detective work. ;)

Yes. I know people complain about the grammar police and what not, but when a post is that rife with misspellings, all I see are the trees, and not the fourist.

What was your favorite breakfast cereal as a kid? Was it Count Chocula, 'cause I really liked the idea of that, but not the reality.

Cocoa Pebbles were more what a chocolate cereal should be like, honestly.

I bow to your buds. I actually preferred Fruity Pebbles, though. I think it reminded me of confetti, or the United Colors of Benetton, or something. Damn that Fred, stealing sugar bombs from his friend. His reprehensible ethics set this nation back 50 years.

I liked Captain Crunch. There was nothing better than eating sweetened razor blades for breakfast.

well thank you for the reply to my PM......at least I did learn one thing from this thread and it is that you are female.......just wish you hadnt been so hostile in your answer but then that is how you have been on the thread so guess it was to be expected.

Bad temper and bad attitude and lack of self control......thats mostly your problem lacus. You spout off at people like an out of control little brat.

You act like this is the worst thing that has ever happened to you in your whole life.....if it is then you have had a good life so far...

OMG. FAIL!

It's forrest not fourist.

LOL Way to mispell that word!

Frankenberry, actually. Until the Smurfs cereal came out and then was just the coolest. thing. ever. Then they stopped making it and the Strawberry Shortcake cereal just sucked ass so it was back to Frankenberry.

The subtlety of your sardonicism is lost, luv.

Keep up the good work.
;)

It's supposed to be a joke. xD
I thought you were talking about that movie, Fourest Gump...

I like Oats. Cheerios or oatmeal, or oatmeal cookies. I used to make my own cookies for the longest time, with less butter, less sugar, and more oats than the recipe tells you to, and more spices. Makes a really good breakfast bar.

But I never got into instant oatmeal. The texture is mealy, IMO.
