In the opening round:

8/9 games suck.
Two 10 seeds will win
One 11 seed will win
One, maybe two 12 seeds will win
Two teams seeded 13-15 will win
16 seeds always lose

One 1 seed will lose in the second round

Three teams seeded 10th or lower will make the Sweet 16
One of those teams will make the Elite 8

Two 1 seeds, a 2 seed, and one team seeded 3 or lower will make the Final Four
At least one 1 seed will make the Final.
More often than not that team will win the National Championship.

Now all you have to do is pick the right teams.
