As a m2f transgirl i want to hear what people use to stuff/ pad out their bras. I use small silicone packs plus tissues, but the tissues make it too heavy to wear for more than about three hours, my shoulders get sore. Suggestions?

Personally I never bothered with stuffing. I waited for the hormones to start working, and now I have a nice perky pair.

I personally have no experience padding bra's, no seriously I never did stuff mine, my mother would have thrown a fit.

However that said, the silicone pads are a good idea, perhaps go to an online crossdresser store and get the bigger ones I have heard they sell. Well OK I admit I have looked in one out of curiosity. There was a range of sizes and they even made them to allow for budding breasts. Their term not mine.

I've heard tales of things like dried peas with a layer of paper on the outside, rice and sand. Though honestly I think it's best if you simply go with the silicone pads, or foam I beleive the crossdresser store sold foam implants.

Sadly no I don't remember the site name, I remember I was looking for lingerie and it was in the results. I showed him the site and teased him about buying him a pair of those and lingerie.

These are a good investment, They can be worn in any bra and will look about as natural as it gets. They are designed for women who have had breasts removed surgically due to cancer but they'd be perfect for your needs.

Check EBay - I got mine for $30, and they're real honest silicon breast forms, just like those. Do a search for "Breast Form" and you'll find a BUNCH of these for around that price.

Ebay is, for the crossdresser, the place to shop.

I have some great fake boobs made out of the same rubbery stuff that rubber fishing worms are made of. They fell great and give a nice bounce as I walk around.

Breast forms are the best. It's taken me a few bras to find one that works really well with them, though.
