Bra and/or Panties as outerwear

Bras cover more than most bathing suits. Panties, too. And they're usually beautiful lace. Why not show them off in public? Why cover them? D wears them as outerwear. Doesn't anyone else in the entire world? No where do I find any other women who dress like D does. Surely there are others.

Your wife looks good. Is there any chance that if an especially hot summer were to occur, she'd take it one strp further by stepping out wearing noting more than panty bottoms with a tank-top.
