Bought a house, finally..........

I did the deed this past Sunday. Offered and counter offered all weekend long. Had my meeting today with the mortgage people and have it all lined up. WOO HOO. Now the fun begins. Home inspections, filling out all the paperwork..............yee haw.

Congratulations! I built my house, and distinctly remember losing my breath for a few minutes when I wrote out that check to the builder for the downpayment. It hits you just how much money you will owe the bank! But it is fun, too.
