A tragedy for the young man and his family and it saddens me when I read:
"Rollins said at a press conference, “This case is a tragedy, but it’s just one example of a systemic epidemic."

“Domestic violence is not perpetrated by one type of abuser,” she said. “A perpetrator is not limited by their gender or the gender of their partner. Domestic violence may not always look the same, but it is always about power and control.”
I wonder if anyone reported her to the police with the constant phone harassment or encouraged him to get help in anyway. To tell him it wasn't ok what she was doing.
