It is rather difficult to meet people here, I think. I've only been out here a few months, granted, but it seems rather difficult to find a niche. But maybe that's just the "new kid" talking, I don't know.

And inarticulate men do get boring, don't they? I'm sorry, but single letters are not acceptable substitutes for the written word. "how r u" is a pathetic attempt at communication and a dismal camoflage. Yeah, I know where that other hand is, buddy. Here's a better use. Take this stick and start beating yourself with it.

You're quite right, I completely forgot that usually vital part of my little biography. I just signed up here, so I'm still learning the ropes a bit.

And hooray for Eddie Izzard! I adore that man. I spent eight hours with my sister and three roommates in a tiny Chevy Cavalier a couple years ago, driving from Minneapolis to Chicago to see his Circle performance. 2nd row seats... it was amazing, even though he was sick and my sister threw cough drops at him when he was walking off for the intermission. I have a strange family.

Is he still touring? Is he living in the States? (I was in the UK for the last 10 years so Im not up-to-dated.

Well, I have to admit, I haven't kept up much with the news and gossip as of late. Life has been rather demanding, so I've had little time to keep up on EI stuff.

I think he's been working on films a lot lately, though. I know he's going to be touring again in the U.S. sometime, but I'm no longer sure when that will be. The "official" news can always be found at http://www.izzard.com/ though... assuming they keep it up to date.

How much does age matter to people? Do you look for something specific? Is it simply incidental? Am I making no sense due to the very late hour?

I've always been the type of person to care more about who a person is rather than what. My "ideal" partner was always more a vague picture of the qualities I like more than the physicality.
