Guys: Would you prefer small REAL ones or bigger FAKE ones?

Many of my girl friends who've had theirs done rant about how horrible it is after a few years. There seem to be all kinds of complications. I'm wondering if men really care or if it's our own vanity that makes us want to do this. (I've considered it, myself, but would hate to lose any nipple sensitivity!!)

Yeah you can add me to the list of guys who like them real. I think that most of the time it is a woman's vanity that makes her think the fake ones are what guys want, but I can't name a single guy friend that would rather play with silicone over real boobies.

I would have to say I would prefer real breasts over fake any day of the week. My advice: stick with what you've got. There are all types of people out there....many of which actually prefer smaller breasts.

Definitely prefer real ones. Doesn't matter if they're small or gigantic, as long as they are the real deal. The great thing about breasts is that they are unique to each woman. Knowing they are fake destroys the allure, sexiness, and mystery behind them...

Real. Or as I prefer to call them, authentic. When I'm with a woman, I want her to be 100% XX-chromosome Homo sapiens. I've never dated a woman with fake breasts, doubt I ever would have, and since I'm hoping my girlfriend now is The One I don't plan for it to ever happen.

The preference extends to porn and erotic dance as well.

I suspect most men prefer real. To answer what you're wondering, I believe most women who get them do it not to please a man and not out of vanity but out of insecurity.

Having worked in Oncology, and knowing how many women undergo mastectomies... I've come to term with fake breasts.

If a woman truly wants them for cosmetic reasons not induced by surgery, that is her decision, but like most body modifications I almost ALWAYS prefer natural. (That inlcudes piercing, tattoos etc)

Fake boobs are just awful. I don't care how small her boobs are there is nothinf worse than fake boobs. Yes they are decent to look at but once you grab or suck them they are just unbearable. Sorry.

I agree with y'all. I've had both in girlfriends and even though fake boobs fill a bra or bikini well, when it comes down to it, the real thing is what really gets me off.

HERE is a girlfriend I had in photos that show her with and without her fake boobs. She's very pretty already and didn't need them. You decide.
