I was reading last Wednesday’s Chicago Tribune and there is an article in the women's section that says there is a trend going on to expose more and more of men naked including full frontal nudity! Ugh, who wants to see that?

They have a list of what were cutting edge and risqué movies at their time and according to them 2001 was a watershed moment for male nudity. There is a foreign film called Sex ad Lucia playing at some of the arty theaters in downtown Chi-town (and the other big cities I'm sure) that offers "up-close and very personal views of a naked man in full frontal arousal." I like it better when they show just the women naked, don't you?

Not only that, but allegedly other foreign films making their way to the states such as Patrick Chereau's Intimacy, Cathrine Bellat's Romance, and Fat Girl, and Lars Von Trier's The Idiots. Well maybe the good old MPAA board will have it edited out for me in order for the movie to get it's R-rating instead of a picture-killing NC-17 or X-rating.
