She smiled at him and looked at him nodding 'Yes I Will be okay' she said and began to make a chicken sandwich which was enough to drive her insane. She was so hungry and once she was done she heard Gabe start to cry so she went to the room, cradling her small son in her arm as she sat in the rocking chair and began to rock him as she breast fed him, humming a little bit as she looked down at the perfect child wrapped up, cooing as he suckled on her breast and she was in deep thought.

Damien did, indeed, take a shower but it wasn't the cold one he'd claimed he might take. Instead he though of Bella and stroked away all the tension. Feeling much more relaxed and focused, he quickly got dressed and went to check on the new mother first, and then get something to drink.

He leaned into the door, watching her in silence for a long moment, "I'm going to the kitchen. Are you okay?"

She was rather happy and right now? she was just really happy about every little thing, and she did not realize she was being watched. Till she heard the voice which made her smile even more, looking up at him she was clearly very satisfied with what was going on. Looking up to him she smiled a bit. "Feeling better?" she asked the question since she honestly did care for the guy. ''I am just fine thanks, had to feed Gabe" she said with a soft look to her face, her baby fast asleep.

Damien nodded that he was feeling better, smiling. He slowly approached and gently rubbed the hair of the baby attached to Bella's breast. In that moment there was nothing sexual about the gesture, but a statement. He loved them both. This wasn't his wife, nor his child, but he would do anything to make them happy. He knelt by her side and let his hand fall to her's. "If you need anything, you let me know. Okay?" He watched her eyes, amazed at how beautiful she could be right now.

She smiled watching him pet Gabe course he did not even make a move he just slept, the way he came up to her it was nice. Now would come to a head and knew that he would find a woman and have his own child. When he nelt down and he said what he did she just smiled more at the man. 'I will Damien I promise' she said with all the love she had for everyone, now would be the time where things would get different. 'you will find happiness Damien just go out and have some fun'

He smiled, "I'll have some time for fun later." He smiled and rose back up to kiss Bella's forehead. "Call me if you need anything." He ran his hand through her hair ins parting and started to leave the room and paused to look back at the mother and child. He headed for the kitchen to get something to drink and wait for his next interview.

Moments later, Jared called Bella's phone to check on her between exams.

Bella smiled up at Damien and was really happy he was there, though she did need to talk to Jared later since Damien seemed scared about what would happen. But she had a feeling Jared would not be angry with anything. Since it wasn't like she was having sex with the guy, which she would never do because of what was going on. And right in this moment everything just seemed different, she heard the phone and she picked it up. She knew who it was and smiled instantly.

Jared laughed a bit on the other side, "How did you know that's what I was going to ask?" As if it wasn't the second or third question he always asked. "Hey, the good news is I only have one more exam to do. I should be home in two hours!" He sounded excited about the idea. "Do you need me to bring anything for you? Anything at all?"

She smiled at him a little bit it was really nice, she was happy about every little thing and now? nothing seemed to turn bad, she smiled hearing what he said "Well why else would you call?" She chuckled and sighed. "yeah could you pick me up a sub at that little place we get them? Been hungry for one, and Gabe really doesn't let me put him down without crying so" She giggled. "You would be feeding your hungry wife" She said softly looking at the sleeping infant in her arms, god how perfect he was.

Jared's words were clearly spoken through a smile, "Yes. Now, do you want your pre or post pregnancy usual?" While pregnant Bella's tastes had changed. Her dietary needs changing based on what the baby demanded. "And, anything to drink?"

She chuckled "Post Pregnancy with a diet coke" She heard there son cooing "And Gabriel wants me to say hi to daddy" She giggled a little bit.

"Got it." He said, locking her order into his mind.

"Hold the phone to him?" Jared asked, pausing for a comfortable amount of time then changing his tone. "Hey, Gabe? I'm going to be coming home in a bit but until then? Your the man of the house. Okay? Daddy'll see you soon big man." He paused waiting to listen for anything that might tell him his son was there, then waited to hear Bella's voice again.

There son's eyes got huge hearing his voice and she couldn't help, once he stopped talking to there son she got back on. "He is so cute he knows who you are his little eyes got so big" She chuckled. "He certainly is your son I see it more and more every day" She said with a soft look on her face. "Be safe baby and we will see you when you get home. Damien is looking out for us so we will be okay till you can get back home"

Jared laughed a bit as he imagined Gabe's face. "Okay, sweetie. I'll be no more than two hours." It sounded as if he were saying that as a promise to himself more than anyone else. "I love you." He said, pausing for Bella to give any last words before hanging up.

Moments later Damien was back in the door way. "How are you doing? I have another interview so if you need anything I'd want to make sure you're okay first."

She smiled saying goodbye to her husband and hung up, hearing Damien enter she smiled at him it was rather nice to and now? It was just different, sighing softly she could not help herself, moving around she looked at the man before her it was nice to be able to see such things. "I am okay Damien but thanks for checking up on us I appreciate it" she said with a big smile on her face and now? it was just really nice, her heart was beating quickly and now? It was really different to be able to relax..

Damien gave Bella a smile and watched them for a moment. It was sweet to see her and baby happy and content. "Okay." it was clear he didn't want to leave, but he had to meet with another potential nanny. Going back to the living room he got his papers together. Particularly the background approval form. If anyone was going to be looking after Bella and the baby, they better not have a criminal record.

She couldn't help but smile with what he was doing it was different, and now? things were as they should be. Rocking Gabe to sleep in her arms, and everything seemed really nice. Right now? things were different and almost hard to think. Closing her eyes she sighed a little bit and it was different to feel every little thing. She waited for her husband to come, while Damien dealt with the nanny.

Jared was home just a bit earlier than he'd expected, and quickly moved to find Bella and the baby. He paused, taking in the site with pure joy and allowing a sense of peace to wash over him. Everything was fine right now and he quietly approached his son and wife. He smiled at Gabe, then leaned over to kiss Bella before handing her the sub and drink. "How are you doing today?" he was ever concerned for her recovery.

Bella looked at him with much love and was truly happy how everything was going in her life, right now? she was beyond happy and now? She just looked up at her husband it was rather nice to feel such love for one another. Sighing happily it was nice, looking up into her husbands eyes it was a nice feeling. "We are fun sweet heart" She said with a kind look on her face. "How was work baby?"

"Work was fine." Jared said, settling down to spend time near his wife while she ate. "I just wanted to get out of there and come home to see you and the baby. I take it Damien has been filling in, in my absence?"

 

[Mayu]

She smiled at him with a big grin on her face and nodded "Yeah he has" She said with a soft look on her face. "But no one could ever take your place sweet heart, and Gabriel just every time you hold him seems like everything is right in his world"

Jared nodded, "I know sweetie, it's not like I'm jealous of the guy. I know he only wants what's best for you." He gestured to Gabe, asking if he could hold his son. Taking the boy up in his arms he stared down at the little wonder with a bright smile. "Hey, little man." He let the baby reflexively grab his finger as
he slept, and smiled back at Bella. "He's strong. Healthy. Because of you."

She smiled at him handing over there son and heard what he said. "Yes well I had a husband who made sure I ate right" She said with a big grin to her face, it was nice really to enjoy things. "There is something else I think you should be aware of, it's about Damien" She said sitting back and enjoying her meal.

"And got plenty of rest with the occasional work out." Jared added with his own smile. Her next words seemed to alarm Jared, he looked up suddenly but curbed his feeling so as not to disturb Gabriel. Babies were hypersensitive to sudden changes in people emotions around then. "Is everything okay? Damien didn't say he was moving out or anything, did he?"

She looked at him and smiled stroking his cheek "Shhh Jared relax" She said simply and sighed silently. "No he isn't moving out but you need to know, that well one time when we were having sex he watched us, even stroked himself to it. " She looked at him "And I kinda liked it"
