I don't know the whole story, which will probably be revealed over time. My vote is for Todd Blanche, who is now acting AG. He's a take-no-prisoners bulldog, and he knows who to go after - the traitors who used their high-level positions to fabricate data in order to undermine Trump's first Presidency. If these assholes are not held to account, this treasonous behavior will continue.
