May I suggest you try 'google' for shunga ( specific genre of Japanese erotica) , you will need to sort through a varying amount to find what will mainly be ukiyo-e (wood block prints) , including Shibari that do feature pregnant woman on occasion.

Ito Seiu an acclaimed artist of his time has definately art represented in both woodblock and photography of his pregnant wife in shibari poses.
