Raj was the son of a billionaire. He was just 19, still in college. He stayed in a plush home in Mumbai, one of the most famous homes and also one of the most expensive in the world. His father, one of the richest men in the world, had built that home for a neat sum of Rs. 5000 crores (1000 crores or 100000 lakhs, is equal to 10000 million (10 billion).
His father had wanted him to go to Harvard to study, but ever since he knew it, Raj had always wanted to produce and direct films in Bollywood. And so, after having many fights with his father, Raj finally convinced his dad, with a lot of help from his mother, of course, to let him start his own Bollywood film company.
And Raj named his Bollywood film company -
Raj BollyWood Films, but of course, what else would he name it?
Raj was casting for his first film, which he had named BollyWood B.
He still did not have any story line in place. But then, did one really need any kind of story line to shoot a Bollywood film?
Raj’s dad had ‘lent’ him Rs. 100 crores for the film. Not that he wanted to, but he believed that if his son was making a film, he might as well make a good one, as his reputation (Dad’s reputation!), would be at stake.
But the truth is that Rs. 100 crores (100 crores or 10000 lakhs is equal to 1000 million - 1 billion - 1,000,000,000 INR is equal to 14,360,000 USD @ 69.64 Indian rupees to 1 US dollar) was just a drop of water in the ocean for him!
Raj was very excited about his film and he had just begun, what could be a long and exciting (or tiring!!) process of casting for a heroine for his first Bollywood film.
BollyWood B
A tale of lust, lies, love and of course… Bollywood!
