Now that it is here, I don't have anything new to say.
I hope here we can post OOCs to make the experience better for everyone.
For example, you mentioned you would like the relationship with Vixen to progress on one of the early posts. That is more than I thought about... I would like to get Mikba killed and meet his daughter... WHA HA HA HA!

By the way, in the begining Sith was a Human Necromancer, but i liked the Shadow Mage Snakeman so much I just went with it! (Thanks Vixen for that enjoyable creation)

Okay... COMPLETELY CONFUSED!!!!


It would be nice if certain people did not write posts to take complete control of every other character... leaving us NO CHOICES AS TO WHAT WE DO!!

Also... after reading the last 5 posts in A BOLD NEW WORLD...

1) I now no longer know where the hell Vixen is supposed to be,

2) or Theresa and Gardeen for that matter,

3) and what happened to the daughter of Mikba? What is she doing and where is she?

4) And is that proctector demon still with us or not?

1.Vixen is with gardeen and she has ventured with them to find an exit..at one point i tried to sabotaoge this but i re-wrote my posts to tell differently so that covers question 2
3.she is still with us she andsith are with me and we just met up with Draga she ran off with sith and now im facing draga
4.the demon is watching over u

I think I may know what is one of the problems:
Roland and Sith post so often that the action moves at two different speeds. In one place it goes at speed X, and where Roland and Sith are (now they are not together, luckily for the world) it moves at X5... but that happens in all boards, I would say.

As I said before, the moment you (Vixen) posted about the Shadow Snake man I redefined the whole character, it was not Sith from AD&Ds Ravenloft's Adventure, it was something new. So I got some of the stuff from the Conan series (about snakemen), and a bit more from other various sources, and I thought about what would Shadow Magic be, and what basically would be a snakeman. And it is fun, better than the average necromancer... So, as at no moment is posted that Sith is a necromancer, no story contradictions there... he IS a snakeman.

That's a fast way to try to end the story, Roland... but we went the other way, as there are two power sources, Roland goes for one, who could be Mikba or his daughter, and Sith and the group go to the other one, who could be Mikba or his daughter... so if Sith, Tatianna and the demon are trapped, where is Vixen? There seems to be a small paradox here, taking into account that all the group was protected vs. magic by Sith's spell many posts ago...

It's like Vixen said in last post, you can't so drastically rewrite the story... If this happened in a film, and you saw one character going in one direction, meeting draga, killing him, and then keeping in that way meeting mikba, who had trapped the group that had gone THE OTHER direction, that would feel strange to say the least...

noooo i followed the energy signature i sensed after i killed draga and mikba is very powerful u can be protected out the wazoo and he'll still get ya..and NO im not trying to end it mikba is gonna get away vixen is looking for an exit and gardeen is with his wife and they are hiding ALSO

yes it is i want to have this be the first encounter so we can duke it out i can teach vixen some magic and we can further the whole relation ship me an vixen have as well as the gardeen and vixen thing

Hey, let's just start again...

Here's an idea; lets re-write this thread. BUT to stop confusion, let's just have the characters Vixen, Gardeen+ Theresa and Roland breaking into Mikba's place. No demons, no Gods, etc. I thought it was great in the begining when everyone when our characters were interacting. What d y'all think?

Can I just say... I love your characters. They're always a little quirky and add much needed humour to the stories. Also, I love how falible they are, they're not perfect, but they work... and the dialogue is always superb.

I agree... we were all interacting very very well at the start. I think we all kinda lost the plot when that demon guy walked in, also, things moved way fast all of a sudden with the fight scenes. At the moment, I can see the story moving onwards... maybe we could still keep the existing thread and just all agree on the direction it heads to from here?

Otherwise a new thread could work I guess...

All I know is... I love these characters... I don't want to see the thread disappear all together...

Hey, that was the first time I wrote okay, I just nedded a thread to join, but I am back in King and Country as Lokken, demon boy's master, and I joined in fairly early so I might actually get an okay role and not keep getting neglected. Also a strange twist of fate. I just wrote today again so I popped up behind Vixen and told her that you had told me to protect her. Then, right after that I came here and read that that was exactly what I was supposed to do. Also, I would appreciate it if people wrote some more and Roland didn't keep putting other people's dialougue and/or thoughts into his own posts, personally I hate it when somebody controls my characters. But I still really love the thread and I hope everybody keeps writing although I would like a more active role. And with that last post, I must say I much agree although I do wish very powerfully from the bottom of my heart that my characters add a little flavor. You don't know where I get that stuff from, but I'll tell you, I have several sources, and I wrack my brains trying to unite or divide the sentences and paragraphs into a flovorfull and rich message. I reall hope that people don't take my characters as a few sociapaths who just ruin everything because of their vicious nature.

ok i goofed when it came to making small talk..sorry but i was trying to move the story in a good direction..i guess i wasent doing so good there.....oh and yeah i think Vix has the right idea..lets just keep this thread and not write on it until we decide the direction we're going in...i just left open the story for any number of possibilitys so whatever you guys wanna do is ok with me...personally i gotta reputation as an ego maniac to uphold...LoL...vixen...damn why cant we do a side line with that whole mess...???????

One question, can I have a little more active role. From what I've readso far the only things I can do are kick doors down, talk a lot, pray, and blow up walls. How happy can I be. Yeah.

Of course you can have a more active role...
just have an interesting character and it will all come down together... and no need to have 'I have the most powerful character here, so ...', because that is what I think was getting you ignored before... and when Roland went that way, he also was a bit ignored by everyone, except for me...

Thank you Vixen for the praise. I think all these threads need a dose of some humor and lightness... it seems sometimes we're all indulging in fantasies were we all can be mages and beat crap out of dragons. And I do like Vixen's character... she's great. And I agree; I don't want to lose Gardeen and Theresa...

That came from having an unbalanced character in the group...

That is why in OOC King & Country I mentioned to Morgoth if maybe his character was unbalancing in that line.
