The Forum Rules can be linked to at the bottom of every Forum page.

There are no new rules or old rules banning explicit pictures or AVs.

Apparently I was mistaken.

I was going by the Forum Rules link at the bottom of the page which to me contradicts the Amateur Pic Thread.

The Amateur Pic Thread has been made into a sticky so it is legitimate.

It is confusing but I was mistaken about the thread being fake.

The Lit rules on the FAQs are the same as the thread. They've always been there, just not enforced.

I've just had a look over on the Am pic forum, there's quite a hoo-ha been kicked up over it. I've read through a thread and one post popped out to me, basically the new "enforcing the rules" thread

Says that these new laws are coming into place and Lit will do it's level best to enforce them. It states very clearly that this forum is too big so they don't check every post but if a post is reported to them, they'll deal with it.

So basically, if nothings reported, lit isn't going to do anything about enforcing the rules.

So it is a real thread, but it doesn't seem to really mean there will be much of a change, Lit can't police the site close enough to make a real difference.
