Has anyone practiced this?

I recently began a correspondence with a D/s couple in Wales, UK, who enjoy "Body Writng". There may be another name for this practice, but as this was my first exposure to it, if there is I am unaware of it.

They very much enjoy the idea of his writing on her body with an idelible marking pen, and he was kind enough to send me some pictures (I am waiting for his permission to post some) illustrating his work.

In one instance, he wrote across her chest and breasts in large letters, "HURT MY TITS".

In another, he wrote directly beneath her naval, "SLUT FOR USE", with arrows pointing to, and then encircling, both of her holes.

He tells me that he sends her out in public this way, and while the writing is not visible to anyone, both find the idea highly erotic.

I am planning to use my submissive in this manner, as we both find the idea to be quite erotic as well. I am thinking of going one step further; perhaps writing the word "SLUT" just beneath her throat where it would be visible in public, or something such as "MY MASTER'S PROPERTY" on her back, and having her wear a light colored top so that the writing would be somewhat visible.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience in this area that they would be interested in sharing.

I have no experience with this. My previous Dom always wanted to tattoo or brand me... thank God, He never got to.

I do like the idea that you put forth, however. Sounds very erotic to me.

I've given it some thought. I think the main turn on for me would be to share them publicly.

I have no desire to permanently mark someone.

I said that the marking pen used is "indelible", but it does wear off eventually.

Agreed. I think doing something like that and having it seen in public (like something written under the navel showing under a short shirt when the sub leans back) would be a great turn-on. Particularly if you made it look like a tattoo.

I was thinking more along the lines of a picture thread.

Yes, I can read. And I said I like the idea.

Anyway... I came back to stalk you!

Is there a particular brand or kind of marker that works best on a body for this purpose?

That's probably one of the things I should have asked the Dom who does this.

I'm quite sure that even the so-called indelible markers fade after time. Then there are the washable kind, also.

I would imagine that any office supply store would have a variety of choices. I plan to go shopping for one later today.

You might try the kind you use on those white glossy boards that wipe off with a rag.

Rosco uses the sub's blood.

Sharpie... they come in blue, black and red and that ink never seems to come off.

Sharpies are excellent for marking flesh, and while they used to come in four colors, just recently, they put out a veritable rainbow, along with a broader variety of points. (Fat marker, fat chiseled to fine, fine, and extra-fine, plus one that has three points in one pen.)

The ink is a rather strong chemical though, so I do recommend a patch test, or at least starting with a very small marking in an unobtrusive place, in case the sub's skin is sensitive to it. I've worn Sharpie on my skin, and there is a faint almost-but-not-quite chemical burn sensation, especially when used on the face. I DON'T recommend using them anywhere near the eyes. Although I didn't experience any long-term harm from it, it was very painful to the delicate tissue there, (even more delicate than one's nether flesh,) the fumes burned my eyes & made them water quite a bit too.

When using any other kind of indelible markers, be careful you know what they contain, and use them with caution & care- Those who remember getting woosey from the fat markers in grade school know first hand the strength of the most common chemical in these things: Xylene, which is also used as Rubber-cement thinner. (This can be delightful, if you're into poppers or whatever, but it's also essentially "huffing", and the chemical can be absorbed through the skin as well, thus increasing the effects with potentially unpredictable results.)

mmmm

am so glad someone brought this up. a Dominant i used to serve enjoyed writing degrading things on my body and then taking pictures of his handy work. He was very much into race "play" (for lack of a better word), and would write things like "white man's cunt" on my tummy with an arrow pointing down to my pussy, or "my nigger" with "my" on one butt cheek and "nigger" on the other, with his hands cupping my bottom.

because my skin is more a milk chocolately color, he had to do quite a bit of experimenting with different markers to find one that would actually show up well. not sure of the exact kind he used in the end though as i was always blindfolded during the process.

Wow!

This is a definate turn on for me as well.

One of my fantasies is to be tied at a party, naked, hands stretched over my head, on my tippie toes, blindfolded.

Next to me is a box of Sharpie markers and the guests can write whatever they want, whereever.

Of course I would have no idea who wrote what and (if he was feeling mean) no idea who was even at the party.

Part of the fun is guessing what is being written from the feel of the marker on your skin.

Humiliation idea: write something like "spermsucker" or whatever down the back of her thigh and take her out for a walk in shorts or skirt. Could write it small or large depending.

I have written on flesh with lipstick and eyeliner. I actually enjoy the smearing of the words as much as the actual writing, so I prefer those softer implements. I have done both humiliation labels and goofy, lovey stuff.

One of my more brilliant ideas which I've had the pleasure of putting into reality was this:

Writing on a person's body with permanent marker, and then ordering that by the time I next saw them (anywhere from 3-5 days), the writing was to be completely gone. It required some pretty severe scrubbing on their part, but no wounds were ever incurred, and she was.. rather happy.. to engage in such an idea.

Another idea I much enjoy, which I read about recently, is writing poetry on my lover's back with a feather-quill pen.. the scratching would be absolutely beautiful.

Only very slightly off-topic...

I know there's probably one or two B:tVS fans among y'all... There was a lovely dream episode that included a scene of Tara on her belly naked, with Willow covering every inch of her flesh with greek letters. The fan boards chattered, and eventualy, it was discovered that the writing was a love boem by Sappho. It was terribly beautiful, though I think a brush and not a quill pen was used.

We write on each other all of the time, although haven't yet drawn on either of our boys. We did draw/write on one of the potentials, but he was so ticklish that it wasn't much fun (getting kicked in the face while writing on his legs ... not cool). I personally love to draw on others - not always writing words, but drawing pictures/patterns on them.

What a great thread!

My contribution here would be to include the edible writings as well. I have had this done with chocolate sauce and it was a delicious experience.

I've also had the lipstick used on my body as well....I definitely preferred the chocolate for obvious reasons;)

I have not had the opportunity to have had markers used yet...but that sure sounds......erotic!
