Since i've had 3 major operations in life due to Cystic Fibrosis. I find scars on the body very sexy. Battles fought and conquered perhaps? Anyone have any thoughts on this topic?

I find scars sexy too. The first time I see them not much because I think about the struggle and pain went through to put them there. Then they're hot as hell... unless you got them by being a dumbass :D

I like the last line the best...it made my morning :) When I was 4 I thought it'd be really a blast to ride my plastic ATV explorer over an uneven walkway a near stone steps. Did fine ok until the freakin thing tipped forward and I split my head open on the corner of the steps...I was screaming so loud as the blood oozed down my head. Ah the innocence of youth eh?

If this thread picks up i'll post some pics...

for me it depends on how the person got the scar -- but overall scars are a turn on for me

I'm not into scars, but I'm not "not into" them either. They are part of a person, and often have a story to go with them - if the person is interesting, then the story usually is too, and then they're a good thing.

If the person is dull, all the suture marks in the world won't do diddly squat for me.

Scars

Well I have a few scars from childhood dumbassry, taking a chunk out of my knee while riding a bike between parked cars. Chicken pox. Then a few for being in the right place and the wrong time.

When your a kid your not a dumbass just learning, when you hit your teens it depends, like should you be tried as a juvenile or adult :D

I have a really bad scar on my chin, lol, again from young-blood dumbassery. I was running in the rain in a pair of flip-flops, and there was a section of painted pavement (which gets really slick when wet), and I slipped. Now, the normal person would've put their hands out in front of them, and probably skinned their palms and knees, but I was the idiot that just went face first into pavement. . . not one of my proudest moments. Nor was it when the ER doctor that stitched me up tells me that he usually sees people much younger than me with this sort of injury, well, because big kids don't fall on their faces. Yeeeeaaaaaaahhhhh, I felt so cool. Plus, they used SUTURES, not the glue stuff, so I looked like I had a goatee for like, three weeks. :( NOT FUN.

I have plenty of other scars, from numerous things. All of them have stories, some I'm happy to remember and others not so much. The ones that are raised, though, I like those . . . I think they're sexy. I like running my lips over them . . . its oddly comforting.

I have a blood fetish, though, so I think that kinda goes along with it. Scars, scabs, and cuts - obviously not life-threatening ones, though.

"It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, then it's an orgy."

Just post your text and then scroll down and click in mange attachments. It is pretty simple. You will pribably have to shrink the size of the file because of literoticas attachment size constraints. I found iut that the easiest way to shrink a picture file is to take the picture bigger than you want and then crop it to make the file smaller.Go for it we are waiting.

im covered in scars sadly. multiple close shaves from alot of young 'hemmingway complex' sillyness :p . major problem is it leaves less room for more tats. :(
They are too varied for me to have a general opinion on them, though i have been privy to some pretty sexy scars, the story behind them definately contributes!

I find scars fascinating. I'm not sure they're really a turn on for me, but I always find my finds tracing the scars my love has. It confuses the hell out of her for some reason. I have a scar too, but its not sexy. I have a tongue scar from when I was a kid. I fell down a laundry chute and bit my tongue pretty hard, and well, you can't put stitches in your tongue.

Yeah very true indeed Kev great comment and thanks much ;)

I always get asked about one particular scar I have. All of them have a story, but this one I speak of seems to get the most questions. I ran with a bad crowd in my 20s. One night, a bunch of us were out, and some were drinking heavily. One of those that had been drinking started picking on a friend of mine. I stepped in to stop him, and a fight broke out. I wound up getting stabbed near the rib cage, just under the breast bone. I see it every day, and it still reminds me of how lucky I am to still be here.

I have a scar all the way across my lower neck/throat area from having my thyroid gland removed as a result of cancer and I display it like a trophy or tattoo proudly.
