I would have to say that circumcision is a plus and a lot of girls and guys look very, very good with their piercings and tattoos and that's a turn on. But as for everything else you listed, I've never tried most but I don't see myself being really into those things. Which isn't to say I wouldn't do them if my partner was into them, I probably would do them then.

That said, if not taken to excess I could live with some small amount of piercing. As for tatoos, only if they were small and very feminine (like a small butterfly) and only in certain places.

8 female body buildingNope - Male body building taken to much more than moderate definition, I don't like. For females, nothing more than to keep fit and healthy - females with high definition muscles turn me off - too masculine.

Don't care for most of those things. Husband is circumcised, and I do like that.

If done small and modestly/tastefully, it can be a turn-on: a navel ring, a small unexpected little tatoo on the ass that becomes visible only when underssing for passion. Not for me (my only piercing is ears), but I do think it can be sexy if not overdone. In this photo, I think the navel ring on Lisa Boyle is sexy, but Patricia Ford is even sexier without it.

Around the time my wife and I had kids, the American Pediatric Society reversed their position three times in two years.

We did not have them mutilated. They can do that themselves anytime they want to. I can never get my foreskin back.

1 Circumcision - Doesn't apply to me, but I prefer "cut" men to "uncut."
2 Piercing - I don't DO it, other than pierced ears. But I like belly buttons, nipples, and tongue studs.
3 Piercing hole enlargement - Don't like it, wouldn't do it.
4 tatoos - I have them, I love them. I prefer hideable ones, I like discovering them, and unveiling them on myself.
5 branding/ scarification - I've got a few self-given brands. I wouldn't take one from someone else, I don't like the implications. But the ones I do aren't to be sexy, they're for personal reasons. I don't think they're sexy or unsexy.
6 plastic surgery - Tough call. I hate the balloon-boob look of porn stars, though. I like to think I'm not this vain, but I've got large (natural) breasts, and every year the chance of a breast lift several years in my future seems more likely. I prefer them above my waist, thanks.
7 male body building - Excercised, toned, defined? Yes, hell yes. Overbuilt and inflated looking? Not only no, hell no.
8 female body building - Ditto 7
9 nipple stretching - Um, no
10 labia stretching - Not on me, not on your life. And I can't see the appeal.
11 female vacuum pumping (clit enlargement) - I know nothing about it, but I think my clit's doing fine on its own.
12 tooth filing--If you really want to be a vampire, you've got issues. And I haven't known anyone who did this for any reason other than to create artificial "fangs."

What about more subtle or temporary body mods--like corsetting, cockrings, and bindings?

Circumcision - My son was not circumcised. According to the AMA and i'm paraphrasing, it's a barbaric and completely unnecessary medical procedure.

Piercing - I'm pierced in various places, some of which are permanent and some of which are temporary; most of them don't show unless i want them to show, either. I've had lots and lots of piercings done. I'm for 'em.

Piercing hole enlargement - I'm getting my cartilege hole enlarged from 16ga to 14ga tomorrow.

tatoos - I have two, will likely get a couple more before all is said and done. They're very discreet, though. I'm not one for in-your-face tats.

branding/ scarification - MS and i looked at brading for me and decided against it because the brand tends to spread out and distort over time. We will be moving into cutting, though, in the future, something that will likely leave some artful scars.

plastic surgery - As many know, i had breast reduction surgery last year. That's considered plastic surgery. I must be pro-plastic surgery, then, hmmm?

male body building - Big bulky bodies don't really attract me from the outset. Someone would have to have a really good mind for me to get past a big ole bulky pumped up body.

female body building - Same as above.

nipple stretching - Why? It's painful to do (and i'm a masochist, for gods sakes!) and doesn't even look sexy, imo, when they're enlarged past reasonableness.

labia stretching - See above.

female vacuum pumping (clit enlargement) - See above.

tooth filing - Like as for vampire teeth? Ummm, no thanks.

Yep. They peeled his head open and drilled a hole in his skull. I believe it used to be done to reach some higher level of spiritual enlightenment.
