All right, so here’s the deal: I will write this, BUT I want to know which variation interests you all the most since I don’t want to write something no one will read or comment on.

I see two main variations:

1. BDSM

A woman or man surrenders control of their body to a woman who slips into their flesh. And takes full control of them. To an outside observer, the person looks no different but internally they are being ridden by someone who controls how much control and stimulus they receive from their own body and can do whatever they want.

For example: a couple hiding from their dissaproving parents goes to a witch stating they want to never be apart…the witch obliges and merges them into one being, intersex but not in the traditional way now they’re a giant and both minds are controlling different parts of their combined body…but they are together.

Or: woman has a line of furniture you can’t find anywhere else. It’s so warm and inviting that it’s not uncommon for some of her guests to sneak away and have sex on it…but it’s also odd. Sometimes people swear they can hear the furniture whispering or crying…and a new guest who has wronged the woman is about to find out where the furniture comes from

Or: our protagonist is addicted to sex, gangbangs, getting beaten, they want stimulation, they want to be hated and loved. People say they need help but that’s not what they really need. They just need more.

So a contractor contacts them and invites them to a building site. Seem the company has a unique method for their revered designs. All they ask is what the protagonist wants…and then they grant it.

Soon after a new building is set up and our protagonist couldn’t be happeier, so many people inside of them, scared and happy as they walk around, every footstep reverberating through their new skeleton, every punch a broker throws when a deal goes bad, every illicit affair is their to behold. Every drill to put in new electrical lines is a delightful stimulation…and if they Ever get really bored, they can have some holes grow in walls of thr men’s toilets and enjoy something a bit more intimate…and open them a bit wider and pull them in if the person asks too many questions.

possibly a mixture of these two points. The more extreme from the field of BDSM with a milder form of transformation.

Focus on the field of BDSM and rather smaller or short-term transformations.
(e.g. Our protagonist has been signed up as a waitress in a nude bar, and since the sorceress doesn't feel like working, the protagonist's hands turn into trays so she has no choice). Or the possessed is ashamed of her small/big breasts and therefore the witch makes things worse.

I can work with that. The breasts thing is one I had thought of: either making them smaller or larger depending on what would get the biggest reaction of the person.

Another idea could be literal forced feminization. She turns a man into a gorgeous woman.

One set up I was also thinking of is her posing as a fitness doctor: you’ll get the body you always wanted but she gets full control for a period of time as her payment.

For example: reverse groping on a subway: woman gets on subway and suddenly she finds people trying to shuffle away from her as her butt and breasts get larger so they’re pressing up against them despite her not intending to.
