I'm feeling a little dumb right now... but I've been hearing this a lot and I would like to know what it is. So, what are "blue balls"?
Just a phrase really. If a guy has "blue balls" it means that he hasn't had any sex in a really long time. The implication is that his balls have turned blue because of all the pent up sexual urges, not to mention a theoretically excessive amount of ejaculate.

Blue balls is a painful condition that results from prolonged arousal without orgasm. Blood flows to the penis and scrotum during arousal and the relex of orgasm allows the blood to flow out quickly. If orgasm does not take place, the congestion puts pressure on the testicles and you have blue balls.
Women can have this discomfort too if they don't have an orgasm. Blood congests their genitals just as in men.

I dunno about that, Im suffering from a case right now and I dont think the hottest woman in the world could get me to that point at the moment... I'ts almost bed time though so i'll just sleeeep it off.
