Blue on Blue Shooting?

Now they are reporting that the F.B.I. Agent who was shot and killed in the shoot out in New Jersey the other day may have been hit by friendly fire.

If this is true I would be interested to hear what went wrong. How did this happen? Did he move out of position or did one of the others who was shooting move out of their position?

While it is a tragedy that he was killed maybe his fellow oficers can learn from it.

I can only pray for his family as well as fo his fellow officers.
