I was just reading something in the Menstrual Hut thread about period cramps, and the sufferer wishing that men get cramps in their balls....I just want to state first that I am in no way taking the piss out of menstrual cramps, nor trying to compare it to blue balls.

That important disclaimer out of the way, do any of you women out there get anything like blue balls?

Yes. I do. I don't know if it's something all women experience, or if it's a function of me having an ungodly high testosterone level for a woman, or what. But, yes, if I'm turned on and not allowed (or not able) to orgasm, it hurts. And it's not a fleeting thing, either. My lower abdomen will cramp for a couple of hours. If I'm aroused and that level of arousal is prolonged over a chunk of time, then yes, I'll begin to feel pain centered in my clit and then sort of spreading to the lower abdomen. From descriptions I've heard from men though, I'm not sure I'd compare it to "blue balls".

I also want to say that pain in this case is really relative. It hurts, but not like a broken bone or a kidney stone. You know what I mean.
