I can only talk for myself.

speaking for myself, it's no big deal one way or the other. If some of my partners were on the rag, it made it a little more complicated, and others didn't want sex at all during that time. But if by "fetish" you mean something that heightens the sexual experience to the point where it becomes an obsession, that never happened to me.

For some men and women, it's the breaking of a big social taboo against menstruating women in general, something found in more cultures than not... their way to "walk on the wild side."
