During the Mid evil ages, Vampires roamed free living with the humans. Peace was achieved and the world felt safe.However Peace never lasted that long.20 years have passed and the humans began to start the long awaited war against the Vampires. Hunters appeared with their weaponry and attacked everyone who was a vampire.Nothing could have been done to stop this,the Vampires were not prepared for this moment. The Queen of the Vampires made a decree for all Vampires to go into hiding and try to save themselves.That decree was too late, many died and the decree was useless.

The queen disappeared and the war continued. Many vampires successfully went into hiding and hide themselves with in the humans.Now the humans have set themselves in confusion. No one knew anymore who a vampire was, so they sent people to trials who were assumed to be vampires.With that confusion, the Vampires were once again safe but they know that wouldn't last.They needed a queen and that queen would have a huge price to pay.

Age:400 years old (looks 16)
History: She confined herself within the perimeter of the town of Tokyo.Where thousands upon thousands of humans were currently located in Japan. She watched her fellow vampires be killed in front of her as she was safe as long as people assumed she was a child.Claire is the daughter of the queen, and was ordered to make a list of those who are still alive and where they are currently located so she would be able to lead them to safety.However with the search of all vampires in progress,She decided to take charge and do things her way.

Name: Kris darkling Orknown as (count Kris darkling or the bloody Count)
Age: unknown he looks near his early 20's ( he is a little over 800)
History: it is not known if he is a vampire or a human but yet he gives some hints about the med evil ages. His true age is not really known but he claims he is near 800. he dosen't speak of his past only the oldest of vampires know him. they know the true meaning for the name bloody count. He seems to be able to live among the humans better then most vampires. he works as a dectective. at one time he worked as a hunter to try to find the vampires who killed his parents so many vampire considered him an enemy and try to challange him.

Powers: he can clound peoples minds which permits him to control or alter people's perceptions and thoughts by force of concentration. His most apparent use of this power allows him to become invisible, removing himself from people's vision in every part at times his shadow can be seen but he only dose this to scare a person

Claire walks down the sidewalk hoping to find a couple vampires who are known to walk around the area, she had no idea who she would find but she knew for sure she would most likely find someone. She was the particular type for a vampire to find as a weakness.

" Hmm this seems like a place for a nice vacation" Kris replied as he looked around all around people where exiting and entering the air port all of whom didn't notice him at all.

" I should find a place to stay at" Kris added as he made his way toward the City.

kris slowly found himself walking down a side walk dodgeing the mny people that where walking down the sidewalk.

" I wonder how many vampires live here" Kris slowly replied as he look all around

A known vampire walks up to her and smiles trying to use his power on her."Hey hunny would you like to come with me"

She knew if she went with him,something would happen however.He didn't give her a chance to respond.He grabbed her hand and started pulling her.

Kris quickly made his way through the crowds of people all of whom were talking on cell phones, reading news paper or listening to music. But something caught his attention as he looked across from him on the other side he saw a little girl and another man fighting. the man had hold on the girls arm and trying to drage her with him.

" I shouldn't get invovled but yet again" Kris replied to himself as he quickly , made his way towards the two of them. as soon as a truck passed in front of Kris he was nowwhere to be seen as if he had vanished from the humans sight

Kris quickly got behind the man with one hand he grabbed the vampires other arm and twisted it up. In pain the vampire screamed out loud and let go of the girls hand. with one quick move he shoved the vampire down on the ground.

" she don't want to go with you just leave now or else" Kris replied as he reappeared but yet the humans still did not see him or they didn't seem to notice him.

The man eyes turned black,"Yes my queen" in saying that he let go and bowed down to her.

"you may go now," she smiles and looks at the new vampire."evening Krys, its a pleasure to meet you."

Name: Kaisaya

Age: appears early 20s but is actually well over 100

Appearance: Kaisaya or Kai to her frineds is a petite woman standing around 5 foot 5,her body is trim and very toned.Her red eyes are large and round,turning almost a deep black when she is angered or hungry. Her waist length white hair seems to be alive as it moves slightly around her body when not pulled up into a braid.She is very adept in Daggers and throwing stars,she has been known to carry the occasional gun. She has been a personal companion to Claire for as long as she could remember. they had grown up in same household but her family was not royalty. She is also a bodyguard for Claire when they go out,with her shy looks and small statue most people take her for granted.

Kai was born to low bred parents and through their loyalty to the Ashborn's had been friends with CLaire for centuries. Her mother and father dying during the last sweep of hunters against the vampyres. She and Claire had survived by hiding,she was leery of crowds and the general populace but follows Claire everywhere. There has been a few attempts on CLaires life and Kai would gladly give her own for hers.

Kai pressed through the throng of peole as she was seperated from Claire. Her hands grasping her small daggers as she frantically looked for her friend. She eyed her finally and frowned at the hazy form close to her,the other vampire struggling on the gorund below. She broke through the crowd and rushed to her friends side.

"I am sorry,Claire. I hate crowds and their hurried ways. "She turned to the man standing before them,her eyes looking him over. The other Vampyre was putty in Claire's hands.

Kai sheathed her daggers but her hand remained close to one side of herbody. She looked at CLaire and then back to the man. She realised others besides them could not see him.

She moved to stand slightly in between CLaire and Kris. "Who is he?" She asked Claire nodding at Kris.

"what brings you here, Krys" she said looking at him.I wonder where Kai went

When she saw Kai looking at her,she smiled."just one of the vampires my mother told me to find.nothing to worry about hehe" she blushes a little looking into her eyes

Kai looked at Claire then relaxed slightly. She didnt trust many people and stepped back next to Claire. She looked aorund them and then took Claires arm.

"We need to go. it isnt good to remain out in full view for long.:She said softly in her soft voice that seldom raised in anger. Those who knew her her voice seldom belied her true emotions.

"But but, I have to do my job before I can go home.You know that, if i don't mother will punish me and especially you for stopping me.I don't want punishment for her and I assume you don't as well right" She stared into her eyes knowing she maybe right since the sun was coming out in an hour or so.

Kai looked over at her friend and gave her a small smile. "One more hour then we have to go. Your journey might take awhile. It could be days before you finish it."Kai said looking around them feeling as if they were being watched.

"One hour..lets go."She said as she began to move down the street,she watched Krys over her shoulder. She couldnt put her finger on it but he made her raise her guard for some reason.

Kai looked at Krys and then back at Claire,she rolled her eyes at her friend. She had to admit he was handsome and appeared to be strongly built. "Yes he is,but you know your mother has plans for your wedding and future husband."kai told her sadly knowing when Claire wed she would no longer be at her side.

"Screw that guy, I will not be married to a human.I refuse" she said. She started to run away into the darkness."I REFUSE" she yelled as she continues to run.

Kai mumbled a string of curses as she took off after her friend. She caught her around the waist and they tumbled to the ground. "Claire! Stop it!"Kai cried out to her friend. "I am sorry to mention it. I know you dont want that."She said sadly to her friend. "I dont want it wither. You know he will seperate us. he has already spoken of such."She said as she stood pulling her friend up."if I could change things you know I would."

"I can't follow that request.I don't love him.I just cant" she turned her head facing the sky.She never wanted to be married and didn't intend to but something told her she had to in order to save her home.

Kai walked over to her friend and hugged her tightly. "I would take your place if I could.If it meant your happiness. I have no future so it would not matter."She told her friend softly watching the lightining sky."We need to go..now. Please Clare we need to go back to the safe house."She began to plead with her friend.

"I do not want to, its just too much for me right now.Mother only wants me to be a servant and it disturbs me deeply.I really hate it, I feel like she doesn't love me and is forcing me to do whatever she wants." she said with a tear going down her eye."I guess I have no choice, Take me home then"

" Well who knows i was bored back in america so i decided to come to japan its been a while since i first arrived here" Kris replied to Clair.

Kris slowly watched as the vapire backed off and left at her order soon another female vampire appeared. from the way she acted she must haven been a guard. a slight smile appeared onhis face. He had met 3 vampires very quickly it was quite surpriseing for him.

Kris slowly looked around from the way things began to look the sun was riseing dayligth not that it bothered him.
As Kris watched the to of them quicly took off trying to bet the daylight.

" If you want I could talk to your mother and tell your mother it was not your fault" Kris replied as he walked beside of them.

" My name is Kris Darkling few people call me count" " may i have the honor of your names" Kris added with a smile. This clair girl she reminded him of someone he met long ago but who he did not know. he had heard some of what they were talking about the one called clair was to be married to a human, and the one called kai was her body guard.

" So i take it your mother is a powerful person" Kris said as he paced his walk with them.
