Has any one have read 'Leviathan' by Paul Auster? 1992.

It blew my mind.

His latest book got a mixed review by BBC's News Night Review yesterday (how coincidental is that!).

Christopher Fowler's latest, 'Dark Full House' didn't suck, but nowhere as good as his 'Psychoville'. Insidentally, CF visites Lit general board often, but never post any (so many coinsidences).

As for the great Martin Amis, I'm reading his novel from late seventies, and he had it even when he was young. Boy he's good.

No important female writers except Angela Carter (must blame them Freemasons).
