The Civilian Project Hannibal Directive issued on October 7, 2023 proves otherwise.

It shows that the Israeli government, as a policy, places no value on human life whatsoever, Jewish or not.

The Hannibal directive says that the IDF can risk civilian lives to prevent them from being taken hostage. It’s not an example of Israeli cruelty, but a recognition of Palestinian barbarity toward captives. A quick death during a failed rescue is better than years of starvation and torture.

The bombing in Gaza has not been “indiscriminate”.

Gaza City was virtually leveled. If Israel hadn’t taken care not to hit civilians, the dead would number in the 100s of thousands, far exceeding even Hamas’ inflated numbers.
