Down at the bottom it says "post poll" there's a little box you click to make a check mark. Once you do that, hit submit, with the pointer, not your fist. (I made that mistake, too), then you'll be taken to a new screen!
Do be aware that right in the "post poll" section you can pick the number of fields from 1 to 10.
Though one is rather self-defeating.
