A story is only hot if you as the author are hot and bothered by it while writeing it. God knows and so do I, you are not getting paid to write and post on Lit. so if the story does nothing for any one but you then it was worth writing. Of course every one likes to see others enjoy the story as well it gives great satisfaction to the effort you placed in writing.

My opinion I would like to see a younger sister blackmail brother because it is out of the normal and in the incest category you are already out of the normal. Just be careful not to make a circus sideshow or the peanut gallery will let you know!

For starters jess you are going to need a good blackmail to base the story off of.

Thinking... What could a boy do that he would be afraid of any one else finding out about. That potentially a younger sister could have stumbled across?

Getting in trouble is too comon to be used as blackmail.

Maybe the blackmail is not a threat to tell mom and dad, but to tell his friends about something he did or has.

You don't need to make the blackmail "realistic" in the sense that The Reader says "I would do that."

Make it realistic in the sense that the reader says "I believe the character would do that."

Maybe his auto shop buddies stole a car and she threatens to turn him in. Maybe his hacker friend changed his grade and she found out about it. Whatever the scenario, define the character enough so the reader believes his actions are logical and you've got ... a story!

Then throw in lots of hot explicit sex. Make her a cheerleader, just for good measure.

So even if the story is already written .... what about this blackmail idea: Just think about something like the tv series "Tool Time" (or how it's called, can't remember the name)
