That's what I was just pointing out. Nationally, 1/2 of all murders are Blacks taking Black lives that do not matter to anyone. It would be much higher with better marksmanship and less competent trauma surgeons. Just looking at your example, Chicago should have a homicide rate five times what it is. They save 80% of the victims, who are generally Blacks with felony records.
