black people jokes deleted,why?

I posted a thread about black people. It has disapeared. No big deal really. Why does this place talk so much about free speech but yet censors the threads people make or deletes them? I mean, you might want to hide those banners of free speech. To use that phrase is false advertisement in ways. It is actually fraudulent. You are using it to get people to post here giving them the idea of free speech. I know People might not like the idea of you lying to its members. Or maybe your moderators do not know how to do his/her job. I know alot of them will delete or change threads if you cyber them. Lets me guess this is a canadian site? They are always riding on our coat tails for business!
