So, let's say that a black-supremacist mad-scientist with a white girl fetish (hey, there's an original character idea I've never seen done before), does a lot of heavy-duty genetic tinkering, and in his laboratory produces a number of test-tube babies that have been genetically modified in the following way: all of the many complex genes that determine our vast array of skin colours have been removed; as well, he has added an allele for dark skin colour as a dominant trait found only on the Y chromosome, plus a recessive trait for light skin colour on the X chromosome, thus producing a situation where a male will almost always have dark skin and a female will almost always have light skin. He also builds into their genetic code, protection from a virus of his own design, which he then unleashes upon the world. Over years, this virus ravages much of the world's original population while leaving his dimorphic population intact, and they become the dominant race, and probably end up launching wars of genocide against other remaining groups, plus a eugenics program to weed out the inevitable genetic mutations that would reintroduce non-conforming skin colours in order to get to the sort of racial purity the OP is talking about.

How's that for a certain kind of logic?

Well the problem here is that races are at best a artificial constructs and at worst entirely arbitrary. There is no such thing as the Caucasian race, not in any true sense of the word. Which group are properly Caucasian? Red heads? Blonds? Brunettes? Asians aren't on group either, while I won't pretend that I can pinpoint each and every country if you can't tell Japanese from Chinese in a general sort of way it's cus you're not trying. And who gets the Middle East? We could go on and on about this.

As Luna points as well you end up with some very interesting things when people of different "races" breed. I've seen blonds with nappy hair, and kids with black fathers who look completely white. And in a society that isn't doing DNA testing or some such shit a kid who looks white is white. While trying to avoid politics I highly doubt that Obama would have been able to break out his birth certificate and suggest he was half white and should be allowed to vote or anything batty like that.

That said people are putting way to much thought into a fantasy setting because it offends their sensibilities.

Besides eventually is a long time and the premise is sound. If you keep eliminating white men for whatever reason and only having black men breed sooner or later all the crap shoots that have one black dice and two white dice are gonna turn up black. How long it takes is anybody's guess but if you start with 100 quarters and flip them, take out everything that comes up heads, then flip them again, then take away everything that comes up heads eventually they'll all be heads. (I'm sure someone can actually tell you the math for how many flips it takes on average for that to happen, but I'm not that guy.)

The story's logic falls apart after that structurally. First if whites were this valued why the fuck was nobody breeding them to keep them around before a mysterious time tunnel dumped one in their laps. That's pretty piss poor planning there. Worse why would he have any independence. He's a resource at this point. He shouldn't have any more independence than any other breeding stud. You've presumably still got some white women left around to breed him with , there's no shortage of males so it's not like he should be getting much pity from the free black women.

There doesn't seem to be an explanation at all why the black guys would want gay sex. What's the purpose? They are trying to breed white women and they are breaking the extremely rare and valuble white males needed for breeding them? Honestly a society like that would probably castrate any black male seen doing anything to a white man. It's just insanity.

There is something else wrong in this society that needs serious addressing.
